When you use our forms and calculators, we collect information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address and state, requested amounts, credit range, occupancy details, and scenario details you enter (such as home value and mortgage balance). We also collect technical data such as the page you visited, referral source, and advertising campaign identifiers (UTM parameters).
